*Proof of student status will be required either at registration pick-up or by email.

Participation in the social event is available for an additional fee of $75.

  • Conference Program & Abstract Book in digital form
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Lunch, breakfast and coffee/tea breaks for duration of the conference
  • Access to the sessions transmitted live (view only)
  • Access to recorded sessions after the conference for 3 months

Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to chc2026@agora.events. Please note that all eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conclusion of the event.

  • Cancellations received before February 28, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 28, 2026.
  • No-Shows: Registrants who do not attend the event without providing prior written notice of cancellation are liable for the full registration fee and will not receive a refund.
  • Substitutions for registration are welcome at any time and can be made by submitting a written request to chc2026@agora.events. $75 administrative fees will apply to all substitutions made one week before the event.
