Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to chc2026@agora.events. Please note that all eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conclusion of the event.
- Cancellations received before February 28, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 28, 2026.
- No-Shows: Registrants who do not attend the event without providing prior written notice of cancellation are liable for the full registration fee and will not receive a refund.
- Substitutions for registration are welcome at any time and can be made by submitting a written request to chc2026@agora.events. $75 administrative fees will apply to all substitutions made one week before the event.
